In this conversation commemorating Asian Heritage Month, the facilitators will speak to their experiences as Asian Canadians in the university, especially in relation to the model minority myth and anti-oppression. This event centers Asian Canadian and Asian diasporic students, staff and faculty at McMaster University. However, allies to these Asian communities are welcome to join in on the conversation.
